Key Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operative procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre, instruments, and sterile environment.
- Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and availability of surgical equipment.
- Monitor patient safety before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain accurate OT records and adhere to infection control and hospital protocols.
Eligibility:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with a valid Nursing Council registration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Operation Theatre.
- Sound knowledge of OT procedures, aseptic techniques, and infection control practices.
- Good communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
