Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in client acquisition and B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pharmaceutical clients' corporate offices to build and maintain business relationships.
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Arrange client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Develop business proposals, quotations, and sales pitches.
- Manage the complete business development cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and networking events to expand business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Digital Advertising Agencies, Creative Agencies, or the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare industry terminology.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
- 1st & 3rd Saturday working.
- Hybrid Work Model:
- 3 days Work From Office (WFO).
- 3 days Field Visits (alternate days).

- Willingness to travel for client meetings within Mumbai.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
