Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager to oversee Tooshmoda’s presence across leading online fashion platforms such as Tata CLiQ Luxury, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, and others.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing fashion or lifestyle brands on major e-commerce marketplaces and possess a strong understanding of digital retail strategy, merchandising, and revenue growth management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Tooshmoda’s marketplace operations and growth strategy across key fashion platforms.
- Drive business performance through product listings, promotions, pricing, and category optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and marketplace partners.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize listings, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry dynamics to maintain brand competitiveness.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of proven experience managing fashion or lifestyle brands on marketplaces such as Tata CLiQ, AJIO, Nykaa, Amazon, or Myntra (mandatory).
- In-depth understanding of online merchandising, marketplace analytics, and digital sales operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion Management preferred.
