Job Description:
We are seeking a smart and dynamic Telecaller with at least one year of experience in target-based calling. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of generating and converting maximum leads through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
- Explain products/services and generate interest.
- Follow up on existing leads and maintain regular contact.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain a record of calls and relevant feedback in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Confident, smart, and persuasive personality.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
