Job Description: Field Mobilizer (DDU-GKY Project)
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Mobilizer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, counsel, and collect data of eligible and interested rural youth who want to enroll and get free skill training/education under the DDU-GKY project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Sourcing: Visit rural areas, villages, and target communities to find and collect data of candidates who are genuinely interested in joining the DDU-GKY training program.
- Mobilization Campaigns: Conduct village-level meetings, door-to-door surveys, and awareness campaigns to explain the benefits of the DDU-GKY project to students and parents.
- Candidate Screening: Verify the eligibility of interested students (checking age criteria, BPL status, caste certificates, and educational qualifications) as per DDU-GKY guidelines.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly student registration/admission targets assigned by the management.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a good network with local village heads (Sarpanch), Anganwadi workers, and community leaders to help smoothly gather student data.
Candidate Eligibility:
- Experience: Prior experience in mobilization, field sales, or rural marketing (experience in DDU-GKY, RSLDC, or PMKVY projects is highly preferred).
- Local Knowledge: Good understanding of the local geography, rural communities, and strong communication skills in the local language/Hindi.
- Travel: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license, as this is a 100% field job requiring daily travel.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per day
