WE'RE HIRING | Product / Project Manager – WealthTech
We are looking for an experienced Product / Project Manager to lead the execution and growth of a flagship WealthTech digital platform.
Location: Lucknow – On-site
Experience: 3–5+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Role: Product / Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product requirements, user stories, feature roadmaps, and priorities for web and mobile platforms.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog management, timelines, and end-to-end feature delivery.
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, Compliance, and senior management teams.
- Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and actionable product scope.
- Ensure platform features align with SEBI/AMFI compliance, security standards, and UX best practices.
- Monitor product metrics, user feedback, and financial performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure predictable, high-quality product releases and effective stakeholder communication.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Project Management.
- Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, Capital Markets, or Financial Services preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Sprint Management, Backlog Management, and Roadmap Execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to bridge technical teams and senior business leadership.
- Familiarity with financial compliance, KYC/KRA frameworks, or investment platforms is a strong advantage.
