Job Summary: The Principal of an IT or Polytechnic Institute plays a crucial role in providing strategic leadership, academic oversight, and administrative management.
The ideal candidate will hold a B.Tech degree and possess 3-5 years of experience as a principal.
The role involves ensuring the highest standards of education, fostering a positive learning environment, and managing faculty and staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Management: ○ Provide visionary leadership and direction for the institute. ○ Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the institution's goals. ○ Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture among staff and students. ○ Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
2. Academic Oversight: ○ Oversee curriculum development and implementation. ○ Monitor academic performance and ensure continuous improvement. ○ Promote research and development activities within the institute. ○ Encourage innovation in teaching methodologies.
3. Administration: ○ Manageday-to-day operations of the institute. ○ Supervise administrative staff and faculty members. ○ Oversee the maintenance of facilities and resources. ○ Ensure effective use of the institute’s budget and resources.
4. Student Affairs: ○ Promote student engagement and participation in academic and extracurricular activities. ○ Address student concerns and grievances promptly and effectively. ○ Ensure the provision of adequate student support services.
5. Faculty Development: ○ Recruit, train, and retain qualified faculty and staff. ○ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities. ○ Foster a supportive and motivating work environment.
6. Community and Industry Engagement: ○ Build strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. ○ Promote the institute through outreach and networking activities. ○ Encourage collaborations and partnerships that enhance educational outcomes.
7. Quality Assurance: ○ Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high educational standards. ○ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. ○ Ensure continuous accreditation and compliance with regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
● Educational Requirements: ○ Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
● Experience: ○ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a principal in an educational institution, preferably in IT or Polytechnic settings. ○ Proven track record of academic leadership and administrative management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
