JD — Customer Advisor
Role Summary
The Customer Advisor acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers at the
centre and is responsible for delivering a smooth and guided customer experience from
entry to exit.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end customer experience at the centre
● Guide and support customers throughout their visit journey ● Handle customer queries, including technical questions
● Provide clear and accurate service/product information
● Coordinate with internal teams for customer needs
● Conduct post-visit follow-ups
● Resolve customer concerns and escalations promptly
● Maintain service quality and documentation standards
Candidate Profile
● 1–5 years of experience in Service or Hospitality roles
● Science background preferred
● Exceptional freshers with Biotech / Biology / Medical adjacent degrees can be considered
● Strong communication and customer handling skills
● English and Local Language proficiency is mandatory
