We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 2-3 years Project coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, with a focus on strong documentation practices, cross-functional team coordination, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end execution of technology projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 8–10 engineers, developers, and technical staff.
- Drive project timelines, resource planning, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality project documentation including SRS (Functional Requirements of a software) BRD (Business Requirement Document) project charters, MoMs, and status reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and operations.
- Coordinate closely with the Development team for solution feasibility, prototyping, and innovation activities.
- Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensure project compliance with internal standards, quality metrics, and customer expectations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to organizational knowledge-building.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 2-3 years of total experience, including 3+ years in project management.
- Proven experience managing teams of 8–10 members.
- Strong skills in project planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating technical teams and software/hardware integration projects.
- Familiarity with RFID, IoT, or embedded technology projects (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira or other project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional coordination.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in client-facing roles and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Prior involvement in technology.
- Knowledge of RFID standards, sensors, or IoT protocols.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
