Awish Dermacare Pvt. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to assist in surgical and aesthetic procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and operation theatre management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre (OT) before procedures by ensuring all instruments, equipment, and consumables are available and in working condition.
- Assist dermatologists and surgeons during dermatological, cosmetic, and minor surgical procedures.
- Sterilize surgical instruments and maintain strict infection control and aseptic protocols.
- Prepare patients for procedures by assisting with positioning and pre-operative requirements.
- Monitor and maintain OT equipment, ensuring timely reporting of faults or maintenance needs.
- Maintain OT inventory, including surgical instruments, disposables, medicines, and consumables.
- Ensure proper documentation of sterilization records, OT checklists, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Follow biomedical waste management and disposal protocols in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth OT operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the OT and recovery areas.
- Support post-procedure activities, including instrument cleaning and patient transfer as required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of operation theatre procedures and surgical assistance.
- Understanding of sterilization techniques and infection prevention practices.
- Familiarity with OT equipment and surgical instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or a related allied healthcare discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an OT Technician in a hospital, dermatology clinic, cosmetic surgery centre, or healthcare facility.
- Experience assisting in dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic procedures, or hair transplant surgeries will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and internship experience may also apply.

Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Working hours as per clinic schedule.
- Weekly off as per company policy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
