Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support from clients using Tally software.
- Resolve customer queries related to accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, inventory, and financial reports.
- Assist clients with GST-related issues, including GST configuration, return-related queries, tax calculations, and compliance requirements.
- Provide support for TDS setup, deduction calculations, statutory reports, and related queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues within Tally.
- Guide customers on best practices for accounting and bookkeeping in Tally.
- Escalate complex technical or functional issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on changes in GST, TDS, and accounting regulations relevant to Tally users.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
