Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently
- Prepare and cook food as per recipes and hotel standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and report shortages
- Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Minimize wastage and control food cost
- Coordinate with team for smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
- Relevant kitchen experience in respective section
- Good knowledge of food preparation
- Team handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
