Performance Marketing Specialist, E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Website)

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns for our products across leading e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target markets, competitor landscapes, and e-commerce platform trends.
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to each platform (website, Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and keyword optimization across platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- A/B tests different marketing strategies and tactics to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, and marketing) to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Demonstrated experience with managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra marketplaces, their functionalities, and advertising options is highly preferred.
- A passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of online consumer behavior are a plus.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
