Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with insurance companies, corporate clients, brokers, and healthcare providers.
- Generate leads, prospect clients, arrange meetings, and deliver presentations.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and business cases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Manage client requirements and coordinate with internal teams including Claims, Operations, and Provider Relations.
- Maintain sales pipeline, client records, and regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and business networking activities.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience in Health Insurance, TPA, Healthcare, or Insurance sector preferred.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Candidates with an existing network in the insurance/TPA/healthcare sector will be preferred.
