Role Summary
The CNC Trainer is responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training on CNC
machining to students, apprentices, and entry-level professionals. The trainer will develop
technical competency through classroom instruction, machine demonstrations, practical
exercises, and assessments while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver training on CNC turning and VMC/milling operations (Semiens and Fanuc
control).
2. Teach CNC programming, including G-code and M-code fundamentals.
3. Demonstrate machine setup, tooling selection, work holding, and machine operation.
4. Train learners on engineering drawings, tolerances, and precision measurements.
5. Conduct practical sessions using CNC machines and simulation software.
6. Evaluate trainee performance through written and practical assessments.
7. Ensure compliance with workshop safety standards and maintenance procedures.
8. Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment reports.
9. Support continuous improvement of training programs based on industry requirements.
Required Qualifications
1. ITI/Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
1. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining or manufacturing.
2. Experience operating CNC turning and milling machines.
3. Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
