We are seeking a skilled Mobile & Laptop Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile phones, laptops, and related devices. The technician will be responsible for both hardware and software troubleshooting while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Repair
- Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets.
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, speakers, cameras, and other components.
- Perform software troubleshooting, updates, and data backup.
Laptop Repair
- Diagnose hardware and software issues.
- Upgrade RAM, SSDs, batteries, keyboards, and displays.
Customer Service
- Explain repair issues and solutions to customers.
- Provide repair status updates.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of devices.
Service Documentation
- Maintain repair records and job sheets.
- Record parts used and service performed.
- Follow company service procedures and quality standards.
Hardware Knowledge
- Mobile screen replacement
- Battery replacement
- Charging port repair
- Laptop RAM and SSD upgrades
- Laptop display and keyboard replacement
- Basic soldering knowledge (preferred)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile and laptop repair
- Freshers with technical knowledge may apply

Salary
