Datasabai India is expanding its technical team in Bengaluru and is looking for motivated ERP professionals who want to grow their expertise in Infor M3 and enterprise integrations.
Job Summary
This role is suited for hands-on functional profiles with solid exposure to Infor M3 Supply Chain modules and practical experience in day-to-day business usage. You will work closely with integration and operations teams to deliver reliable, well-integrated supply chain ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Infor M3 Supply Chain – Functional Expertise
- Provide functional expertise and support for Infor M3 Supply Chain environments (Inventory Control, WMS, MRP/DRP, Demand Planning, Distribution)
- Develop, maintain, and enhance configuration tables and settings to execute supply chain business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in test and production environments
- Support inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, and distribution workflows
- Educate and reassure customers with outstanding communication skills
Integration, Interface & Connectivity
- Design, build, and maintain supply chain-related configurations in Infor M3
- Support EDI interfaces (purchase orders, advance ship notices, logistics messages, inventory transactions)
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on integration topics
Technical Configuration & Data
- Manage M3 Supply Chain technical objects, tables, programs, and batch processes
- Assist with item master, inventory, and supplier data flows
- Write, optimise, and troubleshoot queries related to supply chain business requirements
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into robust ERP configuration solutions
- Produce and maintain documentation (process flows, configuration workbooks, integration specs)
- Participate in design reviews and solution discussions
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes: inventory management, MRP/DRP, WMS, and distribution
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in production support or supply chain ERP implementation environments
- Hands-on experience with Infor M3 Supply Chain modules
Technical Skills (one or more)
- Infor M3 Supply Chain configuration (MMS, WMS, DOP, SOS, PMS)
- EDI standards related to supply chain (850 PO, 856 ASN, 940/945 WH orders — basic to intermediate)
- Familiarity with 3PL integration scenarios is a plus
