Sr. Recruiter / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You'll Do
● Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination & closure
● Manage and coordinate with clients directly to understand hiring mandates and deliver on TAT
● Build strong talent pipelines for Non-IT & Manufacturing sector roles
● Maintain candidate and client relationships for repeat business and referrals
● Ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring cycle
● Track and report on open positions, closures, and pipeline status
What You Need
● 3+ years of recruitment experience in a consultancy / staffing firm
● Hands-on end-to-end recruitment — not just sourcing
● Prior exposure to Non-IT and/or Manufacturing industry hiring preferred
● Strong client-facing communication skills
● Proficient in sourcing tools — Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search
● Comfortable using ATS or recruitment tracking tools
● Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously without dropping the ball
Work Details
● Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
● Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
● Week Off: Sunday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
