Role description
Technical Scrum Master / BI Developer We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master with BI Developer who can drive Agile project delivery while also supporting business intelligence and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop insightful dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution following Scrum principles. Track sprint progress, manage project risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to prioritize and deliver business requirements. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions. Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar platforms. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Support data validation, data quality checks, and performance optimization of BI solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integration and reporting requirements are met. Prepare project documentation, metrics, and Agile reports. Required Skills Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or other BI tools. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience working with data warehouses and ETL processes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understanding of data modeling and business intelligence best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
