What You'll Own
- Day-to-day office administration and vendor coordination
- Employee onboarding, records management, and HR compliance
- Leave, attendance, and payroll coordination
- Liaison with statutory bodies for labor law compliance
- Support to senior management on internal operations
Who We're Looking For
- Graduate or post-graduate with 1-3 years of experience in admin or HR roles
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in an NBFC, financial services, or a corporate setup is preferred
