Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Analytics & CRM professional to drive customer engagement through data-driven insights, segmentation, and multi-channel campaign strategy across WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Email, IVR, and Paid Media.
Note: This is not a pure reporting role.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi-channel marketing strategies based on customer segments
- Build and manage customer segmentation & lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, engagement, retention)
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize using A/B testing and key metrics (CTR, CAC, ROI, LTV)
- Use SQL to extract and analyze data for targeting and performance tracking
- Work on CRM/marketing automation tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and optimization
Required Skills
- 4–6 years in Marketing Analytics / CRM / Growth roles
- Strong experience in multi-channel campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, Email, Paid Ads)
- Hands-on experience in customer segmentation & lifecycle marketing
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory)
- Experience with CRM tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc.)
- Good understanding of marketing KPIs and campaign optimization
Preferred
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel
- Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau
