About Zilch
Zilch is an upcoming premium all-day dining café in Breach Candy, Mumbai.
With a menu centred around contemporary Continental cuisine, artisan sourdough sandwiches, gourmet paninis, premium café food, handcrafted beverages, and a thoughtfully designed dining experience, Zilch is being created for a new generation of café-goers.
And we're building the team from the ground up.
The Opportunity
We're looking for F&B Servers who bring personality, enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine love for hospitality.
This is a pre-opening opportunity, which means you'll be part of the journey before the doors open — from training and menu familiarisation to service rehearsals and eventually welcoming our first guests.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and create a warm, memorable first impression.
- Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Develop strong knowledge of the Zilch menu and confidently assist guests with recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages according to established café service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of dining and service areas.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle guest feedback positively and escalate concerns when required.
- Support the Captain and Restaurant Management team during service.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and service etiquette.
- Participate in pre-opening training, service trials, menu tastings, and operational preparations.
What We're Looking For
- Hospitality, restaurant, café, or F&B experience is preferred.
- Freshers and early-career hospitality professionals with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Energetic, friendly, and confident personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and working as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
- Professional grooming and a positive approach to hospitality.
