Job Description
We are hiring an Architect with strong Interior Design experience to work on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The candidate will be responsible for concept development, space planning, detailed drawings, and coordinating with clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings
- Create 2D plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details
- Assist in material selection, finishes, and design specifications
- Prepare 3D visualizations and design presentations
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and clients
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution
- Conduct site visits when required
Requirements
- B.Arch or equivalent architectural qualification
- 2–6 years experience in interior design and detailing
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Knowledge of 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion is an advantage
- Ability to prepare detailed joinery drawings is preferred
- Good communication skills in English; Hindi spoken preferred
- Gulf experience is an added advantage
Salary Range
25,000 – 45,000 INR per month
(Based on experience, design capability, and software skills)
