Job Description:We are looking for a confident and responsible Telecaller for our office in BRS Nagar, Ludhiana.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers/clients
- Explain services and provide basic information
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain calling records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Hindi/Punjabi speaking preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Responsible and confident personality
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
