Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our Tiles & Bathware division. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and direct clients. The role involves regular client visits, site meetings, project discussions, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular client visits and site meetings to understand project requirements and present suitable product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, project management companies, and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate project specifications and product approvals with architects and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, quotations, and project cost estimates.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upcoming projects and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tiles, Bathware, Sanitaryware, Modular Bathrooms, or Building Material products.
- Excellent client handling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to conduct site visits and interact confidently with architects, builders, and project consultants.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of project sales and specification sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Tiles, Bathware, Sanitaryware, Modular Kitchen, Interior Products, or Building Materials industry.
- Proven track record of handling architects, builders, developers, and high-value project sales.
- Existing network within the architecture and interior design community will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
