Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage distributor operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, achieve business targets, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships in the FMCG/Beverage sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
- Manage distributors and strengthen market coverage.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team.
- Plan and execute sales and promotional activities.
- Identify growth opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of FMCG/Beverage sales experience.
- At least 2 years' experience as an Area Sales Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
