15+ years’ development experience with java and SQL expertise

Able to demonstrate a willingness and ability to lead other developers.

5+ years of solid database design and development including SQL, data modelling, query optimisation.

Experience in handling financial data sets and familiarity with financial instruments (equities, futures, FX)

Experience of systems design and platform selection. Ability to develop & test solutions to address the client problems & requirement.

Excellent communication skills. Should have strong relationship management skills and be comfortable interacting with all management levels

Well organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple streams of work.
