Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth through B2B inside sales for IT and software solutions. This is an individual contributor role involving lead engagement, client interaction, solution pitching, product demonstrations, and deal closure. Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2B inside sales activities for IT/software solutions
- Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations
- Support negotiations and close deals as per assigned targets
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, Inside Sales, or IT/Software sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert leads into sales
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales career
