Urgently Looking for an Operational Manager for our Hotel in Kannur
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Monitor service standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing and managing operational budgets.
- Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
- Improve revenue through efficient resource management and upselling strategies.
- Analyze daily/monthly performance reports.
- Supervise department heads and ensure team performance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling.
- Ensure hotel policies and SOPs are implemented effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in the hotel industry.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Operation Manager in the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Food & Beverage (F&B) background is a strong plus point.
- Experience managing restaurants, banquets, or catering operations.
- Knowledge of cost control, menu planning, and F&B revenue management.
- Age Requirement Below 45 years.
