Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Baker to support daily bakery operations. The candidate will assist in preparing cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and other baked products while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Bakery Chef in preparing and baking cakes, pastries, breads, and desserts.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Assist in cake decoration, icing, and finishing work.
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery production area.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
- Assist in inventory management and stock checking.
- Support packing and presentation of bakery products.
- Follow food safety and quality standards at all times.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and bakery products.
- Familiarity with cakes, pastries, breads, and cookies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in cake shops, pastry production, and bakery operations will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
