Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat (and calls, if required) for international clients.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Effectively use CRM tools and internal systems.
- Maintain high-quality communication while working with global customers across different time zones.

- BE / B.Tech
Experience
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant BPO experience are preferred for experienced roles.
