Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language, Literature, Grammar, and Writing Skills effectively
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and evaluate student performance
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive academic standards
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Use innovative teaching methods, ICT tools, and interactive activities
- Maintain records of attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, and academic events
- Guide and motivate students for academic improvement and language proficiency
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in English (MA English) with B.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per school norms)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
