Key Responsibilities
-Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and products using Creo and SolidWorks.
-Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
-Perform design modifications based on customer and internal requirements.
-Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
-Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and revision records.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, procurement, and project management.
-Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and design reviews.
Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions for design-related issues.
-Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and customer specifications.
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Required Skills
-Proficiency in Creo Parametric and SolidWorks.
Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles and GD&T.
-Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, sheet metal, injection molding, casting, and assembly.
-Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
-Familiarity with BOM management and engineering change processes.
-Basic knowledge of FEA analysis is an added advantage.
-Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
