Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Interior Business Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales for our interior design and fit-out services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for interior design, and the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Meet potential clients to understand their interior design and fit-out requirements.
- Present company services, design solutions, and project portfolios to prospective clients.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, fit-out, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings (if applicable).

- Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and project workflows.
