Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Incharge to oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. The candidate will ensure smooth operation of machinery, equipment, utilities, and facility maintenance while promoting eco-friendly practices, energy efficiency, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain machinery, electrical systems, utilities, and equipment.
- Reduce machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Implement energy-saving and eco-friendly maintenance practices.
- Coordinate with production teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–4years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, utilities, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
