About the Role
Healthians is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent. The role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities from business teams.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and business requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports.
- Support business teams with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media, job fairs, and campus drives.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Coordinate offer rollouts and salary negotiations.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Work closely with HR operations for onboarding and documentation processes.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in handling lateral hiring, bulk hiring, or niche hiring is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring, job portals.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
