Position Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Antenna / QC)
Department: Antenna / Quality Control
Role Overview
We are looking for B.Tech (ECE) fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in the Antenna and Quality Control departments. The selected candidates will be trained and involved in the design, testing, and inspection of RF and microwave systems, antenna modules, and related components.
Key Responsibilities
For Antenna Department:
- Assist in antenna design, assembly, and testing under guidance of senior engineers.
- Support in measurement and characterization of antenna parameters.
- Work on simulation tools and RF test equipment for performance validation.
- Maintain test reports and documentation.
For QC Department:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing components as per quality standards.
- Perform functional testing and validation of RF/Optical products.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain QC records.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for quality improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Basic understanding of RF, antennas, and microwave fundamentals.
- Knowledge of testing instruments (VNA, spectrum analyzer, etc.) preferred.
- Strong analytical and learning skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
