Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Undergraduates / Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of Chat or Email support experience.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written English skills with impeccable grammar, sentence structure, and professional tone.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
- Joining: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Required Skills
- High-speed multitasking and strong computer navigation skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling multiple client queries.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to troubleshoot technical bugs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
