This role requires high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
- Surveillance Monitoring: Continuously watch multiple CCTV monitors to identify suspicious behavior, crimes, or safety incidents.
- Incident Response: Promptly report security threats, accidents, or illegal activities to on-site security or law enforcement.
- System Operation: Use joysticks and software to pan, tilt, and zoom cameras for better viewing.
- Data Management: Record, store, and retrieve video footage for investigations or evidence, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all cameras and recording equipment function correctly, reporting technical faults.
