Sales Professional – Racking & MHE Solutions

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for racking and material handling equipment (MHE) solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Customer Engagement:
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable racking and MHE solutions.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Assist customers with project planning and design, ensuring solutions meet their specific needs.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into customers.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
Maintain seamless communication with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project updates in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in racking and MHE systems.
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in racking, warehousing, or material handling equipment.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with racking systems, forklifts, and other MHE products is a strong advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them to customers effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
