Fresh From The Future — Gurugram (Sector 23)
Location: On-site · Farm & Dispatch Facility, Sector 23, Gurugram
Type: Full-time · Permanent
Start: Immediate Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month based on experience
Reporting to: Sales Lead or Farm Operations Lead
What you will do every day
Order Receiving:
- Receive fresh produce from our farms and supply partners
- Check every delivery against the order — quantity, variety, condition
- Reject anything below quality standard before it enters the packing area
Sorting & Grading
- Sort every SKU by size, freshness, and quality
- Grade produce to match each client's specific standard
Packaging
- Pack each client order to their exact specification — portion, weight, format
- Apply QR traceability stickers and labels on every pack
- Attach the correct delivery invoice to each order
Dispatching Scheduling & Final Delivery — you ride/drive to the client
- Arrive within the client's delivery window — no exceptions
- Hand over to the Procurement team/store with the correct invoice
- Collect proof of delivery and report any client feedback immediately
Daily Reporting
- End-of-day WhatsApp to Sales/Finance/Farm Ops Lead on Deliveries: what came in, what was rejected, what went out, any client feedback
- Flag any supply shortage the night before.
Vehicle & Licence
Own vehicle preferred: Own two-wheeler preferred. Fuel allowance provided. Valid driving licence required.
Who we are looking for
Must have:
- Experience handling fresh fruits or vegetables — Modern Retail’s Fresh Section, hotel, catering, fresh-produce supplier, or similar
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence — you will be on the road daily
- Reliability — if you do not show up, the client does not get their delivery. This is not negotiable.
- Basic smartphone use — WhatsApp, maps, QR scanning ( we can teach on Processes)
- Knowledge of Gurugram Delhi NCR areas — DLF, Aerocity, Sector routes

- On time, every time — client delivery windows are fixed
- Quality-conscious — you can spot bad produce and you reject it before it goes out
- Ownership mindset — the order is yours until it reaches the client's hands
- You flag problems early, never after they become a crisis
