JOB DESCRIPTION :
To achieve the sales targets by engaging with customers and assisting them in choosing the jewelry and completing the transaction in line with the company
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
· Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on the benefits and promises and product details.
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the respective heads for business improvement.
· Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
· Acquire knowledge in all showroom sections such as billing, OMS, Packing, etc.
· Maintain the appearance of the jewelry displays and store environment, ensuring all items are attractively presented & secure.
· Handle customer issues and returns with professionalism, resolving complaints to the fullest customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
