Regional Sales Manager – South India
Location: Bangalore, India
Role Objective
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and leading the regional sales team across South India. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to achieve performance goals.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure profitability.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 8–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in South India.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Ability: Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
