Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant and service operations
- Ensure smooth guest service and dining experience
- Handle guest queries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with kitchen and stewarding teams
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
- Train and guide junior service staff
