Duties & Responsibilities – Food & Beverage Associate
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and process billing/payment transactions.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining service quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining, kitchen, and service areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines as per company SOPs.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for timely order preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checking, and replenishment.
- Maintain proper setup of counters, tables, and service stations.
- Support daily opening and closing operational activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and enhance guest experience.
Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
