Manager- Learning & Development
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager to lead our learning and development strategy, oversee its implementation, and measure its impact. The individual will be responsible for identifying skills gaps, developing training materials, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for employee development.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Needs Assessment: Determining and assessing training needs across teams and functions.
Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs (onboarding, technical, soft skills, and leadership) using various methods, including workshops, e-learning, and mentoring.
Execution and Facilitation: Organize and, when necessary, deliver training sessions to new hires and existing staff. Managing employee enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and organising the resources to facilitate training programmes
Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance. Assess the effectiveness of training programs (ROI) through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and adjust programs accordingly.
Budget Management: Develop, manage, and adhere to the annual training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Management: Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
Technology Utilization: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and utilize digital tools to track employee progress.
Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
