Job Title: QC/QA Manager
D.K. Industries is looking for an experienced QC/QA Manager to lead quality assurance, quality control and regulatory compliance activities for our Cosmetics and Ayurvedic product manufacturing unit.
The candidate will be responsible for managing QC, QA and R&D teams, ensuring quality control of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products. The role includes handling cosmetic and Ayurvedic licensing compliances, packaging and label approvals, SOP implementation, BMR/BPR documentation, GMP and FDA compliance, customer complaint investigations, CAPA implementation, internal audits and coordination with external laboratories.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements, quality systems and team management. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting regular training programs, improving manufacturing processes and supporting new product development activities.
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Ayurvedic Manufacturing.
