Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 employees across Pan India operations.
· Distribute daily operational work among warehouse employees, tracking executives, and field staff as per workload and priority.
· Monitor and review staff work to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.
· Supervise employee shifts, attendance, and manpower deployment for smooth operations.
· Guide and support staff in resolving operational issues and improving work efficiency.
· Coordinate with clients to ensure timely service delivery and address operational concerns.
· Monitor cold chain vehicle movement and ensure uninterrupted temperature-controlled transportation.
· Track vehicle movement through GPS and ensure adherence to scheduled routes and transit timelines.
· Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and regional operations for seamless movement of cold chain vehicles.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and provide feedback to improve productivity and performance.
· Prepare MIS reports related to staff productivity, vehicle tracking, warehouse operations, and client service levels.
· Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and client requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in cold chain logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of cold chain vehicle operations, GPS vehicle tracking systems, and temperature-controlled transportation.
- Excellent client coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and operational data analysis.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or 3PL.
- Experience in handling cold chain vehicle operations, client coordination, and multi-location team management is preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
