Role & responsibilities:
- Python, Python ML, PowerShell, Bash, Pandas, or similar scripting languages, AI concepts, Agentic AI agents
- Workflow orchestration and automation platforms (e.g., Tines, ServiceNow, Ivanti, Power Automate, Manage Engine, NexThink Ansible).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, API integration (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and API authentication (OAuth, API Keys, Token-based authentication).
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Monitoring and observability tools
- Identify automation opportunities across IT operations, service management, infrastructure, and business processes.
- Develop automation workflows using scripting and orchestration tools like Ansible, Terraform, Tines, Any other orchestration platform
- Integrate automation solutions with ITSM, monitoring, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
- Automate incident resolution, service requests, provisioning, monitoring, and reporting processes.
- Build reusable automation frameworks and self-healing capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Monitoring and observability tools
- Experience with cloud databases such as Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS, or Azure SQL.
- Familiarity with automation tools for database management.
