The Executive - Sales is responsible for supporting the sales and tendering department through accurate documentation, report preparation, and effective communication. This role focuses on facilitating the administrative and analytical aspects of the sales lifecycle, including costing analysis and management reporting.
Assist in the preparation and organization of tender documents and commercial proposals.
Generate detailed costing reports and maintain accurate financial records for various projects.
Prepare and present regular MIS (Management Information System) reports to track sales performance.
Draft and maintain various sales-related documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data for tender submissions.
Coordinate with senior sales staff to ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time.
Ensure all sales data and documentation are updated in the MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong ability to work within an ERP software environment.
Basic understanding of costing principles and report generation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in document preparation.
Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks effectively.
